At Herbani, your satisfaction matters to us. Since Talbina is a consumable food product, our return policy is carefully designed to ensure hygiene, safety, and product integrity.
1. Returns Eligibility

Opened, used, or partially consumed Talbina cannot be returned or refunded.

Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
2. Return Conditions
To qualify for a return:

The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Clear photos or videos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item are required.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
3. Refunds & Replacements
Once your return request is approved:

We will either send a replacement at no extra cost or

Issue a refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was on our part.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or refund:

Opened or used Talbina packs

Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
