Return & Refund Policy

At Herbani, your satisfaction matters to us. Since Talbina is a consumable food product, our return policy is carefully designed to ensure hygiene, safety, and product integrity.

1. Returns Eligibility

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed Talbina cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Clear photos or videos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item are required.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

3. Refunds & Replacements

Once your return request is approved:

  • We will either send a replacement at no extra cost or

  • Issue a refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was on our part.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used Talbina packs

  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery

  • Requests made after the allowed return period
